Bailey Padgett is a dancer, choreographer, and educator with a deep commitment to artistry, collaboration, and dance education. She is a current performer with Sanspointe Dance Company and has worked professionally across concert dance, teaching, and arts leadership.
In addition to performing, Bailey has spent several years teaching and choreographing at Dancer’s Inc., where she is passionate about mentoring dancers and fostering strong technical and artistic foundations. She also served as Co-Director of The Nutcracker Ballet in 2025, further reflecting her dedication to both creative direction and community-based dance work.
Bailey’s work is grounded in thoughtful movement, musicality, and a genuine love for the process of growth—both on and off the stage.
